In 2015, Lifehouse Midland helped launch an outreach church in Bungoma, Kenya: Lifehouse Kenya. Pastors Mark and Josephine Wabuke are courageously leading the congregation there to discover the fullness of God's Kingdom. As Pastor Oscar Amisi said, "In Africa, evangelism is a mile wide, but discipleship is an inch deep." Our purpose in Bungoma is to encourage, empower and equip the Body of Christ to walk in all that Jesus made available to believers through his death, burial and resurrection. Through outreach, Bungoma Kenya helps provide ministry and supplies to the local orphanage, children's hospital, and Kibingei Secondary School. We are proud of our extended family and rejoice over the many lives impacted by this ministry.
What joy we had ministering in Bungoma, Kenya in 2016! Our mission team of eight excited ministers will be back in Bungoma in August 2018.
The new church building in Bungoma is a place for ministry, and also for families to gather and fellowship. We are so thankful for the hard work of the staff and members in Bungoma!
