About Lifehouse Fellowship

Lifehouse Fellowship Church was founded in October, 2008 in the home of Pastor Jeremy and Tonya Sutton in Midland, Texas, with four people who desired a closer relationship with the Lord. Not too long after, we realized that our living room was not big enough to contain what the Lord was doing. The group, which had now grown to 40 people, began praying and asking the Lord for direction and He opened a door of opportunity to us to step into our first building with no payments for the first six months! We proceeded on a renovation project that was bid at over $55,000.00, but when we finished, through hard work, the generosity of donors, and the favor of God, we completed the renovation for just under $10,000.00.  (Praise God!  That debt is now paid!) 

There were so many victories along the way that we knew we had the Hand of God on what we were doing. Now, two years later we continue to be amazed at the work the Lord is doing in and through Lifehouse and the partners of this body. Miracles have taken place right before our very eyes: jobs, promotions and raises have come to those who were standing in faith; people have been set free from cancer and other illnesses; relationships have been restored.  Lives are continually being changed for His Glory.  

Lifehouse fully believes that Christians can walk in victory and overcome everything that comes our way. We know that we are the glorious church, and soon Jesus will come back. We know that time is short and we do not want to just be busy working for God, but our aim is to work with Him. We understand that if we will be led by the leading of Holy Spirit, God will maintain and continue this work way beyond our efforts.  

We find in Matthew 5:13-20 that there is a job to do. We are to let our light shine, so men may see our good works, and glorify our Father in Heaven. When we do our part, God will do His, and there is nothing that can keep us from living an overcoming life.  

We would love to have you and your family become a part of Lifehouse. Come see us on Sundays at 10:30 am, and Wednesdays at 7:00 pm.
